Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, beneficiaries, family members, professional advisors, and centers of influence. Client reviews and planning coordination: Conduct regular review meetings to discuss relationship objectives, administrative matters, family needs, service expectations, investment coordination, estate and financial planning issues, and opportunities for additional services. Team guidance: Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices. Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date client records and documentation.

  Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, trust administration, or financial services operations.

Strong knowledge of trust and fiduciary administration, investment operations, and regulatory requirements. Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
