  • Train and support regional distribution partners so they can deliver first-line technical support.
  • Create training material and present technical content to new and current customers.
  • Mentor and share expertise with other members of the global field and scientific support team.
  • Provide customer and market feedback on WMG products, and identify and communicate unmet customer needs that will aid the development of new products.
  • Support marketing activities, including customer-facing technical content (posters, app and tech notes, white papers, webinars) and presenting at trade shows and conferences.
  • Follow best practices and documentation requirements for customer-related activities and events in CRM.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
