Word deel van ons team bij waterdrop® Amsterdam, Kaalverstraat Senior Hydrista – Fulltime (38 hours)

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden bij waterdrop®:

  • Help de omzet te maximaliseren door actief mee te verkopen op de winkelvloer en bij te dragen aan het behalen van de budgetdoelstellingen.
  • Ondersteun bij het analyseren van de winkelprestaties door verkoopcijfers voor te bereiden en belangrijke inzichten te delen met de Store Manager.
  • Ondersteun de Store Manager bij de personeelsplanning, het inwerken van nieuwe teamleden en werving.
  • Help bij het organiseren en geven van trainingen om het team gemotiveerd te houden en een hoog service- en prestatieniveau te waarborgen.
  • Draag bij aan een uitzonderlijke klantbeleving door de merkwaarden van waterdrop® elke dag uit te dragen.
  • Ondersteun bij de ontwikkeling en motivatie van het salesteam.
  • Neem verantwoordelijkheid voor de visual merchandising en zorg samen met het team voor een aantrekkelijke en schone winkel.
  • Geef feedback vanuit de winkelvloer over productprestaties door aan de betreffende afdelingen.
  • Zorg voor open en transparante communicatie binnen het team, met andere afdelingen en met klanten.
  • Help bij het plannen en uitvoeren van winkelevenementen en lokale marketing- en verkoopacties.
  • Ondersteun de Store Manager bij het naleven van bedrijfsrichtlijnen, processen en gezondheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Zorg ervoor dat bezoeken van het senior management van waterdrop® soepel verlopen en een positieve indruk achterlaten.

Wat jij meebrengt:

  • 1–2 jaar ervaring in retail of een andere klantgerichte omgeving.
  • Inzicht in KPI's en winkelprocessen, en de drive om bij te dragen aan het behalen van de winkeldoelen.
  • Het vermogen om samen met de Store Manager verkoopcijfers te analyseren en verbeterkansen te herkennen.
  • Interesse in bedrijfsplanning, voorraadbeheer en personeelsplanning.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een samenwerkingsgerichte houding naar het team en klanten.
  • Zelfmotivatie, flexibiliteit en een oplossingsgerichte instelling, ook als het druk is.
  • Openheid voor feedback en de wil om te blijven leren en groeien.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels.
  • Flexibiliteit om op zaterdag te werken.
