If you have 2 or more years of experience as a Business Office Support Associate in a Healthcare or Skilled Nursing setting, we would like to meet with you and discuss how you can bring your passion for caring to us!!!

We are currently looking to hire someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of those we care for. Your job should provide a sense of accomplishment, joy and gratification. We are searching for an incredibly talented, organized, professional, and POSITIVE person who has experience with Medicare billing and who has strong business acumen, works well under pressure, meets deadlines, and has strong people skills.

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Process accounts payable
  • Monitor and collect accounts receivable
  • Process all data for resident billing
  • Assist in day to day functions of accounting department
  • Post payments received to appropriate resident accounts

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in healthcare data entry and billing
  • A/P and A/R and collections experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Exceptional guest service
