Deine Mission

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere ESG-Kennzahlen und Managementsysteme im Tagesgeschäft verlässlich funktionieren – von der Datenerhebung über die Dokumentation bis zur kontinuierlichen Umsetzung der Anforderungen aus Umwelt- und Energiemanagement. Daten erheben. Systeme betreiben. Nachweise sichern.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Einführung, operative Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Pflege von Umwelt- und Energiemanagementsystemen (ISO 14001 / ISO 50001)
  • Erhebung, Plausibilisierung und Pflege von ESG-Kennzahlen inkl. Energie-, Emissions- sowie QHSE- und HR-Daten
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Energieaudits (EDL-G) sowie Nachverfolgung der abgeleiteten Maßnahmen und Umsetzungspläne
  • Aufbereitung der Datenbasis für ESG-Reportings, Investorenanfragen und Due-Diligence-Prozesse
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer internen ESG-Verantwortlichen und unserem externen ESG-Berater – Du lieferst die belastbaren Zahlen und Nachweise, auf denen die Strategie aufsetzt
  • Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und Termintreue: Einholen der Zulieferungen aus den Fachbereichen und konsequente Nachverfolgung offener Punkte
  • Dokumentation nach gängigen ESG-Standards (GHG Protocol, VSME/ESRS) und Pflege der Nachweisstrukturen
  • Unterstützung der Standorte bei der Umsetzung und Dokumentation konkreter ESG- und Effizienzmaßnahmen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Umwelt-/Energiemanagement, Nachhaltigkeit, BWL oder vergleichbar
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Einführung und im laufenden Betrieb von Managementsystemen – idealerweise ISO 50001 und/oder ISO 14001 (z. B. als Energie- oder Umweltmanagementbeauftragter)
  • Erfahrung mit Energieaudits, Energiedatenerfassung und Kennzahlensystemen
  • Grundkenntnisse relevanter ESG-Standards (GHG Protocol, VSME, ESRS, EU-Taxonomie) – Tiefe kann bei uns aufgebaut werden
  • Sehr sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an sauberen Daten und nachvollziehbarer Dokumentation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel; Erfahrung mit ESG- oder Energiemanagement-Software von Vorteil
  • Verbindliches Auftreten gegenüber den Fachbereichen – Du bleibst freundlich, aber hartnäckig, bis die Daten vollständig vorliegen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
