Rechte Hand des CEO: Sie übernehmen die komplette organisatorische Verantwortung für sein Tagesgeschäft und schaffen als verlässliche Anlaufstelle am Hauptsitz Struktur – auch wenn der CEO unterwegs ist. Dabei bauen Sie das neu geschaffene CEO Office aktiv mit auf.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Kalender- und Terminmanagement inkl. aktiver Priorisierung und Schutz von Fokuszeiten
  • Aufsetzen und Nachhalten der regelmäßigen Jour fixes mit den Direct Reports des CEO
  • Vorbereitung von Terminen und Meetings: Agenda, Unterlagen, Kurzbriefing
  • Logistische Vor- und Nachbereitung von Board- und Gesellschafterterminen
  • Komplette Reiseplanung und -organisation inkl. Reisekostenabrechnung
  • Koordination von Standortbesuchen, externen Terminen und Besuchern am Hauptsitz
  • Zentrales Nachhalten von To-dos, Entscheidungen und Wiedervorlagen für den CEO
  • Verantwortung für zentrale organisatorische Themen am Hauptsitz (u. a. Onboarding neuer Kolleg:innen, Management-Meetings, Firmenveranstaltungen, Office Management)

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Executive Assistant / Geschäftsführungsassistenz, idealerweise in einem dynamischen Mittelstands- oder PE-Umfeld
  • Nachweislich proaktive, selbstständige Arbeitsweise – Sie antizipieren Bedarf, statt auf Anweisungen zu warten
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Geschäftsführern, Investoren, Beratern und Führungskräften
  • Durchsetzungsstärke beim Nachhalten von Terminen, Themen und Zusagen – auch auf Managementebene
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude daran, Strukturen und Prozesse eigenständig aufzubauen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und ausgeprägte digitale Affinität
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Niederländischkenntnisse von Vorteil
