Deine Mission

Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Fachbereichen und der IT: Du erkennst, wo Digitalisierung echten Nutzen bringt, machst daraus konkrete Projekte – und bringst sie bis zum Abschluss. Bedarfe verstehen. Projekte steuern. Selbst umsetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aufnahme digitaler Bedarfe in den Fachbereichen und Gesellschaften – Du gehst dorthin, wo die Prozesse laufen, und hörst zu, bevor Du Lösungen vorschlägst
  • Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in belastbare Anforderungsbeschreibungen, Aufwandsschätzungen und Projektskizzen
  • Priorisierung und Abstimmung der Bedarfe gemeinsam mit der IT-Leitung sowie Aufbau eines transparenten Überblicks über laufende IT-Projekte
  • Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten hinsichtlich Zeit, Budget und Qualität – inklusive der abstimmungsintensiven Themen mit vielen Beteiligten über mehrere Standorte
  • Auswahl und Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Softwarepartner
  • Eigene Umsetzung im Projekt: Konfiguration, Schnittstellen, Testing, Datenmigration und Auswertungen – Du delegierst nicht alles, sondern packst an
  • Rollout, Key-User-Schulung und Prozessdokumentation an unseren Standorten in Deutschland und den Niederlanden
  • Begleitung der Vereinheitlichung unserer historisch gewachsenen Systemlandschaft – von Fachanwendungen bis zu Lösungen für Fernwartung und Anlagensteuerung

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT- oder Digitalisierungsprojekten, idealerweise in einem Mittelstandsumfeld mit mehreren Gesellschaften oder Standorten
  • Erfahrung in der Anforderungsaufnahme mit Fachbereichen und in der Übersetzung fachlicher Wünsche in umsetzbare IT-Lösungen
  • Solides technisches Fundament, z. B. in Netzwerken, Windows/M365, Schnittstellen und APIs, Datenbanken/SQL oder ERP-Systemen – Du kannst Lösungen bewerten und auch selbst konfigurieren
  • Methodensicherheit im Projektmanagement (klassisch und/oder agil), ohne Dogmatismus
  • Fähigkeit, Themen mit vielen Beteiligten eigenständig zum Abschluss zu bringen – auch wenn Rückmeldungen ausbleiben und man mehrfach nachhalten muss
  • Kommunikationsstärke gegenüber sehr unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen – von der Baustelle bis zur Geschäftsführung
  • Reisebereitschaft für regelmäßige Termine an unseren Standorten in Deutschland und den Niederlanden, Führerschein Klasse B
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse; Niederländisch von Vorteil
