Deine Mission

Du begleitest spannende Bauprojekte im Bereich Grundwassermanagement und Wasserhaltung von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung. Dabei entwickelst du dich zum verantwortlichen Projektleiter und schaffst gemeinsam mit unserem Team nachhaltige Lösungen für Umwelt und Infrastruktur.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung und schrittweise Übernahme der Leitung von Bauprojekten im Bereich Grundwassermanagement
  • Mitwirkung bei Arbeitsvorbereitung, Projektsteuerung und Baustellenorganisation
  • Koordination von Projektabläufen sowie Überwachung von Qualität, Terminen und Kosten
  • Unterstützung bei der technischen Umsetzung und Dokumentation der Bauvorhaben
  • Mitarbeit im Vertrags-, Nachtrags- und Ressourcenmanagement
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden, Auftraggebern und Projektbeteiligten

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bauwesen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeit, idealerweise im Tiefbau oder im Bereich Wasserhaltung
  • Grundkenntnisse in VOB sowie im Vertrags- und Vergabewesen von Vorteil
  • Teamgeist, Eigenverantwortung und Freude daran, Ergebnisse sichtbar zu machen
  • Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
