Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Projekte, die einen direkten Einfluss auf Umwelt, Infrastruktur und nachhaltige Wasserbewirtschaftung haben. Dein Auftrag ist es, Grundwassermanagement-Projekte nicht nur zu planen, sondern sie vor Ort erfolgreich umzusetzen und messbare Ergebnisse zu schaffen. Du verbindest analytisches Denken mit pragmatischem Handeln – vom Konzept bis zur funktionierenden Lösung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Steuerung von Baustellen im Bereich Grundwassermanagement
  • Verantwortung für Arbeitsvorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der Projekte
  • Sicherstellung der technischen, terminlichen und wirtschaftlichen Zielerreichung
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung über Fortschritt und Ergebnisse
  • Kontrolle der fachgerechten Umsetzung vor Ort
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Bewertungsrichtlinien

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Umweltingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Bau- oder Projektleitung, idealerweise im Tiefbau oder in der Wasserhaltung
  • Kenntnisse der VOB sowie im Vertrags- und Vergabewesen
  • Fähigkeit, Konzepte zu entwickeln und gleichzeitig pragmatisch umzusetzen
  • Verhandlungssicherheit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein Klasse B
  • Teamgeist, Eigenverantwortung und Freude daran, Ergebnisse sichtbar zu machen
