Ein vielfältiger Aufgabenbereich

  • Leitung des deutschen BD & Communications Teams.
  • Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von Geschäftsfeldstrategien.
  • Konzeption und Begleitung der Umsetzung der Kanzlei-Strategie auf allen Kommunikationskanälen.
  • Proaktive Identifizierung und Analyse von Markttrends, Wettbewerbern sowie Ableitung von möglichen Handlungsfeldern.
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets sowie einhergehende Projektplanung und -umsetzung.
  • Unterstützung und Beratung der internen Stakeholder, z.B. im Vorfeld von Meetings mit aktuellen oder potenziellen Mandanten.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren weiteren Business Functions Heads.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast bereits langjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung sowie eine Affinität zu unseren Kernsektoren Energy, Infrastructure und Transport.
  • Deine Fähigkeit, Verantwortung für Projekte zu übernehmen und das Gespür für Themen und deren Umsetzung in verschiedenen Formaten, konntest Du bereits erfolgreich unter Beweis stellen.
  • Du hast einen hohen Anspruch an die Qualität Deiner Arbeit und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie mit den unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern.
  • Du verfügst über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und hast Freude daran, überzeugende und zielgruppengerechte Texte zu verfassen.
  • Du überzeugst durch eine sorgfältige, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise;
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
