Junior FNT Specialist (m/w/d) für unser Projekt- und Servicemanagement Team Die WaveIT GmbH sucht einen engagierten und motivierten Junior FNT Specialist (m/w/d), der unser agiles Projekt- und Servicemanagement Team verstärkt. Das solltest du meistern

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projekten
  • Strukturierte Aufbereitung von komplexen Inhalten für interne und externe Stakeholder
  • Sicherstellung der Aktualität, Vollständigkeit und Qualität aller relevanten Unterlagen (Berichten und akribische Erstellung von Dokumentationen)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Identifikation und Lösung von Problemen im Projektverlauf
  • Unterstützung des Teams im täglichen Projekt- und Servicemanagement

Projektsupport:

  • Analyse komplexer Schnittstellen und Infrastrukturen im Broadcast Umfeld
  • Führen/Pflegen der Broadcast- und Infrastrukturdokumentation
  • Erstellung und Weiterführung von Statusberichten und Darstellung der Ergebnisse
  • Planungssupport von beispielsweise Medientechnik von Konferenzräumen
  • Projektunterstützung der Planung IT-Infrastruktur
  • Onsite Analyse und Infrastrukturdokumentation

Das kannst du einbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium – im informationstechnologischen Umfeld (ICT)
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit, beispielsweise durch eine erste Berufstätigkeit oder einschlägige Praktika/Werkstudententätigkeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und Projektmanagement-Tools
  • Kenntnisse FNT Command und Autodesk AutoCAD von Vorteil, nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • IT-Kenntnisse Fieldservice, Troubleshooting, Infrastruktur Dokumentation
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit (Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation bei hoher Eigenverantwortung)
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu deutschlandweiten Reisen (bis zu fünf Tage pro Woche)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) in Wort und Schrift
