Description du poste

L'intelligence artificielle redéfinit aujourd'hui les métiers, les processus et les modèles opérationnels des organisations. De la banque à l'industrie, en passant par le secteur public, les entreprises cherchent à identifier les cas d'usage les plus créateurs de valeur et à transformer durablement leurs activités grâce à l'IA.

Vos responsabilités

Nous recherchons des Analytics Engineers capables d’intervenir tout au long de la chaîne de valeur data, de la réflexion stratégique à la mise en œuvre opérationnelle. Vous accompagnerez nos clients dans la structuration de leurs usages data, la définition d’indicateurs de performance pertinents et le déploiement de solutions analytiques robustes. Vous évoluerez sur des environnements data modernes en vous appuyant sur SQL et Power BI (indispensable), avec, selon les missions, GCP BigQuery, Databricks ou Snowflake. La maîtrise de dbt et/ou d’autres outils de dataviz (Tableau, Looker…) constituera un véritable atout.

  • Compréhension des cas d’usage IA en entreprise
  • Notions de gouvernance Data & IA ou d’operating models
  • Bases en analyse métier ou transformation des organisations
  • Sensibilité aux enjeux de ROI, KPIs et création de valeur

  • Jeune diplômé·e d’une grande école d’ingénieurs ou de commerce (Diplôme d'Ingénieur, PGE)
  • Spécialisation ou intérêt fort pour la Data, l’IA ou la transformation digitale
  • Première exposition (stages ou projets) à des sujets de transformation ou d’analyse métier
  • Motivation pour découvrir le métier du conseil

Nice-to-have

  • Expérience académique ou stage sur des projets Data / IA
  • Sensibilisation aux enjeux de gouvernance, IA responsable ou réglementation
  • Première expérience en animation d’ateliers ou gestion de projet

Langues

  • Français : un niveau courant est requis pour ce poste
  • Anglais : un niveau minimum C1 est requis pour ce poste
