Description du poste

Rattaché à la Direction des Ressources Humaines et en contact quotidien avec la Responsable Paie, ce poste très opérationnel vous permettra d'avoir une vue d'ensemble sur notre cabinet. Vos principales missions sont :

  • Prendre en charge le traitement de la paie (environ 600 bulletins par mois) dans son intégralité (collecte, traitement, saisie et contrôle).Absences Transports Primes diverses Augmentations de salaires
  • Établir les soldes de tout compte.
  • Valider les déclarations mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles (DSN) préétablies par ADP ;
  • Vérifier les rapprochements IJSS ;
  • Établir les attestations de salaires de mi-temps thérapeutique et les dossiers de prévoyance ;
  • Établir pour la Direction et les services financiers et RH, les tableaux de bord sociaux et informations salariales qui leur permettent de piloter l'activité ;
  • Renseigner les collaborateurs, le management et les Référents RH sur les aspects paie.

Qualifications

  • Une formation en paie et au moins 4 ans d’expérience sur un poste de gestionnaire de paie ;
  • Une très bonne maîtrise d’ADP Decidium, incontournable pour ce poste ;
  • Une connaissance de la convention SYNTEC, appréciée ;
  • Rigueur, proactivité et sens du résultat, avec une vraie attention portée à la qualité de l’expérience collaborateur ;
  • Et surtout, l’envie d’évoluer au sein d’une équipe soudée, exigeante et collaborative, qui encourage le partage et le développement de chacun.
