Word Projectbeheerder Sanitair en solliciteer.Als Projectbeheerder Sanitair begeleid je sanitaire dossiers binnen residentiële en niet-residentiële bouwprojecten. Als technisch projectbeheerder combineer je klantenadvies met dossier- en projectopvolging.

  • Je analyseert lastenboeken, offertes en projectaanvragen en vertaalt ze naar geschikte sanitaire oplossingen.
  • Je adviseert installateurs, bouwheren en andere partners over producten en toepassingen.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt dossiers van aanvraag en verkoop tot uitvoering en dienst na verkoop.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, leveranciers, installateurs en architecten en houdt je productkennis actueel.

Voor deze functie als Projectbeheerder Sanitair beschik je over relevante technische en commerciële kennis.

  • Je hebt uitgebreide product- en marktkennis binnen sanitair.
  • Je kan lastenboeken, technische vragen en projectaanvragen correct interpreteren.
  • Je kan meerdere dossiers gestructureerd opvolgen en afspraken bewaken.
  • Ervaring met offerteopmaak, projectopvolging of technische verkoop is een pluspunt.
