The posting

Je bent betrokken bij het volledige kwaliteitsproces binnen de luchtvrachtoperaties voor Life Sciences & Healthcare.Concreet:

  • Je waakt over de toepassing van het Quality Management System (QMS) en de GDP-richtlijnen.
  • Je voert kwaliteitsrondes, steekproeven en procescontroles uit.
  • Je ondersteunt bij audits, klachten en CAPA-trajecten.
  • Je volgt temperatuurmonitoring op binnen de gekoelde zones en onderzoekt eventuele afwijkingen.
  • Je bewaakt mee de integriteit van de cold chain voor temperatuurgevoelige zendingen.
  • Je controleert registraties, checklists en operationele procedures.
  • Bij incidenten analyseer je indien nodig camerabeelden om te achterhalen wat er precies is gebeurd.
  • Je werkt mee aan SOP's en verbeterinitiatieven.
  • Je organiseert GDP- en kwaliteitstrainingen en houdt de opleidingsregistraties up-to-date.
  • Je analyseert kwaliteits-KPI's en rapporteert hierover.

Je hoeft voor ons niet ieder vakje af te vinken. We zoeken vooral iemand die nauwkeurig werkt, kritisch durft kijken naar processen en kwaliteit vanzelfsprekend vindt.Idealiter heb je:

  • ervaring binnen logistiek, warehousing, pharma, healthcare of kwaliteit;
  • kennis van GDP-richtlijnen;
  • affiniteit met farmaceutische logistiek en/of luchtvracht;
  • een sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail;
  • een hands-on mentaliteit en interesse in continue verbetering;
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden;- kennis van Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
