Als Continuous Improvement & Operations Specialist vertaal je analyses en ideeën naar concrete verbeteringen in de dagelijkse werking. Je combineert procesanalyse en projectopvolging met ondersteuning op de werkvloer.

  • Je analyseert operationele processen, KPI’s en rapporten, detecteert knelpunten en werkt verbeteracties uit.
  • Je begeleidt optimalisatie- en verbeterprojecten van voorbereiding en testen tot implementatie en uitrol.
  • Je ondersteunt nieuwe processen, tools en werkwijzen binnen verschillende vestigingen.
  • Je werkt samen met operationele teams en verantwoordelijken om uitdagingen om te zetten in duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je volgt kwaliteit en prestaties op en ondersteunt bij operationele uitdagingen, implementaties en tijdelijke taskforces.

  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kunt je professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
