In deze rol combineer je aankoopactiviteiten met pricing en data-analyse. Je bouwt sterke relaties uit met leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat tarieven, contracten en servicekwaliteit optimaal aansluiten bij de behoeften van de organisatie en haar klanten.Procurement & Supplier Management

  • Inkopen van zeevracht-, wegtransport- en logistieke diensten.
  • Actief onderhouden en uitbouwen van relaties met rederijen, transporteurs en logistieke partners.
  • Evalueren van leveranciers op prijs, kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en performantie.
  • Onderhandelen van tarieven en commerciële afspraken.
  • Opvolgen van marktontwikkelingen, capaciteit en trends binnen de logistieke sector.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen leveranciers, interne stakeholders en commerciële teams.

Pricing & Analyse

  • Analyseren en vergelijken van leveranciersoffertes.
  • Verwerken en beheren van tarieven in interne systemen.
  • Ondersteunen van het commerciële team met correcte prijsinformatie.
  • Uitwerken van competitieve prijsstrategieën op basis van marktgegevens.
  • Monitoren van kostenstructuren en marges.
  • Bewaken van datakwaliteit en procesconsistentie.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een freight forwarder, expediteur of internationale logistieke omgeving.
  • Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring opgedaan met procurement, carrier management, pricing of vendor management als onderdeel van je takenpakket.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen en werkt graag met cijfers.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en voelt je comfortabel in onderhandelingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en procesmatig.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt vlot relaties uit met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in logistiek, supply chain, economie of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring binnen forwarding, expeditie of transport.
  • Ervaring met pricing, procurement of carrier management is een sterke troef.
  • Sterke kennis van Excel en MS Office.
  • Ervaring met BI-tools, rapportering of data-analyse is mooi meegenomen.
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands en Engels.
