Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no suporte, desenvolvimento, documentação e manutenção de sistemas da empresa, garantindo que as soluções tecnológicas atendamàs necessidades dos usuários e aos requisitos técnicos, contribuindo para a eficiência dos processos corporativos.Descrição das Atividades:Levantar e documentar requisitos técnicos e funcionais junto aos usuários;Apoiar no desenvolvimento, implantação e atualização de sistemas (internos ou de terceiros);Realizar testes e validações de sistemas para garantir funcionamento adequado e correção de erros;Prestar suporte técnico de 1º e 2º nível relacionado a sistemas corporativos;Documentar rotinas, fluxos, manuais de usuário e procedimentos técnicos;Auxiliar na integração de sistemas e bancos de dados;Apoiar na análise de performance e identificação de melhorias em sistemas existentes;Manter comunicação com áreas usuárias, fornecedores e equipe de TI para resolução de chamados e projetos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCompetências e Habilidades Desejáveis:Capacidade analítica e atenção a detalhes;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Proatividade e vontade de aprender;Organização e gestão de tempo.Requisitos Necessários :Vivência com Sistemas ERP – Totvs RMConhecimento Comprovado em TSQL e Web Services;Requisitos Desejáveis:Linguagens de programação (ex: Java, Python ou similares);Conhecimento básico em sistemas operacionais (Windows/Linux).Noções de infraestrutura de TI e redes (básico).Familiaridade com ferramentas de controle de versão (Git).Banco de dados (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.);Ferramentas de versionamento (ex: Git) – desejável;Metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) – diferencial.Formação:Ensino Superior em andamento ou completo em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas; Ciência da Computação; Engenharia da Computação; Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatadas.
