The posting

Remuneração: Salário R$2.000,00 (Mês) + 100% Do comissionamento em vendas da 1º mensalidade. Empresa no segmento de tecnologia para o mercado segurador, contrata Consultor Comercial - Pleno (Vendas) para desempenhar as seguintes atividades:

- Realizar contato constante com os leads e fazer ligações de qualificação;

-Profissional graduado com até 6 anos de experiência. Requer nível de supervisão e acompanhamento;

-Atuam na área específica de Comercial com conhecimento avançado;

- Contornar diferentes objeções;

- Realizar feedback com a atualização da situação dos leads trabalhados;

- Organizar os fluxos de nutrição de e-mails de prospecção, contatar leads pelo telefone, Google e outros meios de contato, de potenciais clientes que responderam positivamente aos e-mails do topo, meio ou fundo de funil, aplicando a estratégia correta;

- Atuar lado a lado do time de marketing e Pré-Vendas, aprimorando cada vez mais os processos inerentes à atividade;

- Atuação direta nas captações de Leads e no agendamento de pitch de vendas;

- Ativação de clientes, abordando estratégias para melhorar a experiência após a compra/aquisição do produto;

- Contato direto com os diretores alinhando a estratégia e diretrizes do negócio;

- Acompanhar os indicadores do departamento comercial, sempre com foco no atingimento das metas e objetivos;

- Apresentar relatório de informações gerenciais inerentes a função;

- Oferecer suporte no processo de pós-vendas com os clientes na base e identificar possibilidades de vendas de novos produtos para clientes já presentes na carteira;

Jornada presencial

Horário de trabalho: de segunda a sexta-feira das 09:00 ás 18:00

Requisitos

Se você tem um perfil persuasivo, comunicativo, focado em resultados, carismático e analítico, essa oportunidade é para você!

Buscamos profissionais que atendam aos seguintes pré-requisitos:

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal;

- Experiência prévia na área Comercial;

- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e gerenciar múltiplas tarefas simultaneamente;

- Orientação para resultados e habilidade de realizar boas conexões com o cliente;

- Conhecimento básico em tecnologia e familiaridade com sistemas de CRM.

- Superior em áreas correlatas será considerado um diferencial.
