IT Lab und Consulting - Waymark GmbH sucht für die Erweiterung im IT-Bereich einen Designer (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt UX/UI-Design, Vollzeit (38,5 Std./Woche), zum ehestmöglichen Zeitpunkt.

AUFGABEN:

* Gestaltung von Screendesigns für Websites, Webshops und Individualsoftware unter Berücksichtigung von responsiver Darstellung, Barrierefreiheit und Usability

* Erstellung von User Flows, Wireframes und UI-Designs sowie interaktiven Prototypen

* Anwendung und Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Designsysteme mit Blick auf Konsistenz und Wiederverwendbarkeit

* Abstimmung von Designlösungen im Team und Mitwirkung bei Präsentationen

* Betreuung und gestalterische Weiterentwicklung bestehender Projekte

* Unterstützung bei der Qualitätssicherung, damit die Umsetzung dem Design entspricht

ANFORDERUNGEN:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt UX/UI-Design, erste Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

* Gute Kenntnisse in Figma oder Adobe XD sowie Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

* Erfahrung im Design von responsiven Websites und Webanwendungen

* Verständnis für Nutzerbedürfnisse und die Fähigkeit, diese in durchdachte Designlösungen umzusetzen

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist

VON VORTEIL:

* Grundkenntnisse in HTML und CSS sowie Verständnis für die Arbeitsweise mit WordPress

* Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Webshops bzw. E-Commerce-Oberflächen

* Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von Gebrauchsgrafiken auf Basis eines vorgegebenen CD

* Erfahrung mit Ticketing-Systemen und Projektmanagement-Tools
