The posting

Waymo is an autonomous driving technology company with the mission to be the world's most trusted driver. The Waymo Driver powers Waymo’s fully autonomous ride-hail service and can also be applied to a range of vehicle platforms and product use cases. The Waymo Driver has provided over ten million rider-only trips, enabled by its experience autonomously driving over 100 million miles on public roads and tens of billions in simulation across 15+ U.S. states.

  • Develop repeatable playbooks, operating procedures, and compliance checklists.
  • Provide guidance on localizing global People and Employee Relations policies to ensure compliance with regional labor legislation, local practices, and regulatory frameworks while maintaining alignment with core company principles.
  • Develop employee relations framework and advise cross-functional partners on engaging with works councils and trade unions.
  • Establish governance frameworks to monitor and audit statutory employment compliance in the UK and additional regions as needed.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Proven experience with European Works Councils and trade union bodies.
  • Strong background in coaching and training international leadership (particularly US managers) on managing teams and navigating performance issues in the region.
  • Deep practical knowledge of employment legislation and regulatory compliance in the UK.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
