Vaga: Engenheiro(a) de Automação e IA Sênior (Foco em n8n, Infraestrutura e Agentes de IA)

Principais Responsabilidades ● Infraestrutura, Manutenção e Disponibilidade: Administrar a infraestrutura subjacente do n8n, executando rotinas de manutenção preventiva e corretiva. Monitorar ativamente a saúde do ambiente para mitigar falhas, garantindo alta disponibilidade (SLA), resiliência, performance e escalabilidade contínua das operações. ● Padrões, Boas Práticas e Governança (n8n e Agentes): Definir, documentar e garantir a aplicação de padrões de arquitetura e rigorosas boas práticas de implementação para fluxos e Agentes de IA no n8n. Estabelecer políticas de governança, controle de qualidade, segurança e auditoria dos desenvolvimentos. ● Agentes de IA: Desenvolver, integrar, orquestrar e dar manutenção a agentes autônomos e sistemas multi-agentes integrados aos processos de negócio. ● Versionamento e Gestão de Ciclo de Vida: Criar inventários, documentar processos e gerenciar todo o ciclo de vida dos fluxos e agentes via Git, garantindo esteiras seguras de implantação (CI/CD). ● Monitoramento: Acompanhar as execuções dos fluxos e agentes, controlando rigorosamente o consumo, a performance e os custos de APIs de LLMs. ● Integração e Revisão: Revisar fluxos conectados a sistemas satélites, garantindo que estejam dentro dos padrões de resiliência, tolerância a falhas e segurança estabelecidos. ● Mentoria e Centralização: Receber demandas, orientar times técnicos, disseminar a cultura de boas práticas e atuar no desenvolvimento de scripts (Python/JS) e soluções sob medida.

Requisitos Essenciais ● Infraestrutura e Alta Disponibilidade: Sólido conhecimento em administração, manutenção e troubleshooting de infraestrutura Cloud (Azure), conteinerização e orquestração (Docker/Kubernetes). Experiência prática em garantir a estabilidade e disponibilidade contínua de aplicações críticas. ● Domínio em n8n: Forte experiência na administração do ambiente n8n (self-hosted), criação, manutenção e troubleshooting de workflows complexos, com foco em estabilidade e performance. ● Ecossistema de Agentes e GenAI: Experiência prática na construção, implementação de boas práticas e manutenção de Agentes de IA, RAG e orquestração de LLMs utilizando frameworks em Python (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI ou Agno IA). ● Programação e Integração: Proficiência avançada em Python e JavaScript, com vasta experiência no consumo, criação e gestão de APIs (REST, SOAP, FastAPI). ● DevOps e Arquitetura: Conhecimento aprofundado em versionamento (Git), gestão de esteiras de automação e arquitetura de integrações robustas. ● Soft Skills: Excelente comunicação para levantamento de requisitos, liderança técnica, disseminação de padrões de governança e alinhamento com stakeholders.

Diferenciais ● Conhecimentos em práticas de MLOps / LLMOps focadas no monitoramento e governança de agentes em produção. ● Vivência com ferramentas de monitoramento de infraestrutura e logs (ex: Grafana). ● Familiaridade com Bancos de Dados (SQL Server e BigQuery) e estruturação de dados não estruturados.
