Sobre a oportunidade

Atuar em uma das maiores indústrias de alimentos do Brasil, com presença nacional e forte atuação no Nordeste, em um ambiente de elevada maturidade SAP e com oportunidades de contribuição em projetos estratégicos, transformação industrial e evolução tecnológica.

Objetivo da posição

Atuar como especialista funcional e referência técnica nos módulos SAP PP (Production Planning) e SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), no ambiente SAP S/4HANA, conectando as necessidades das áreas de produção, manutenção e confiabilidade às soluções SAP.

O profissional será responsável por contribuir para iniciativas estratégicas, promover a integração entre processos, apoiar a evolução da plataforma e compartilhar conhecimento com a equipe, mantendo uma visão ampla do negócio e da operação industrial.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Atuar como especialista nos módulos SAP PP e SAP PM no ambiente SAP S/4HANA.
  • Participar e, conforme a experiência, liderar iniciativas e projetos estratégicos da área.
  • Analisar requisitos de negócio e propor soluções SAP aderentes aos processos produtivos e de manutenção.
  • Integrar os módulos PP e PM com os demais componentes SAP, garantindo a fluidez dos processos ponta a ponta.
  • Atuar próximo às áreas de produção, manutenção industrial e confiabilidade, compreendendo os desafios do chão de fábrica.
  • Traduzir necessidades operacionais em soluções funcionais eficientes, priorizando o uso adequado do padrão SAP e evitando customizações desnecessárias.
  • Participar de implementações, melhorias, sustentação e evolução dos processos SAP, conforme o escopo dos projetos.
  • Compartilhar conhecimento, mentorar profissionais e contribuir para o desenvolvimento técnico da equipe.
  • Contribuir com iniciativas de Indústria 4.0 e novas tecnologias aplicadas à produção e manutenção.
  • Atuar como elo entre TI, negócio e áreas operacionais, apoiando decisões com visão técnica e de processos.

Requisitos obrigatórios — a confirmar com o cliente

  • Experiência sólida e comprovada com SAP PP e SAP PM.
  • Vivência prática no ambiente SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experiência em projetos ou operações de ambientes industriais e de produção.
  • Conhecimento dos processos de produção e manutenção, com capacidade de compreender o negócio além da camada técnica.
  • Experiência em análise de requisitos, resolução de problemas e relacionamento com áreas de negócio.
  • Graduação em Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência real em fábrica ou em operações industriais, incluindo exposição a desafios de produção e manutenção.

Diferenciais

  • Pós-graduação ou especialização em área relacionada.
  • Conhecimento de APM (Asset Performance Management) com Inteligência Artificial.
  • Conhecimento de PP/DS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling).
  • Conhecimento de PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
  • Experiência em ambientes SAP com baixo nível de customização.
  • Experiência com projetos de Indústria 4.0 e transformação digital industrial.
  • Experiência em mentoria e liderança técnica.
