Für unsere Abteilung Begleitung und Pflege suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Kaders per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n

Teamleiter:in Begleitung und Pflege ##

Deine Aufgaben:

Gemeinsam mit deinem Team stellst du die professionelle und teilhabeorientierte Begleitung und Pflege unserer Bewohner:innen mit einer primär körperlichen Behinderung sicher.

  • Du leitest und führst ca. 12 Mitarbeitende in fachlicher, personeller und organisatorischer Hinsicht.
  • Als Teil unseres Kaders wirkst du in übergeordneten Fach- und Projektgruppen mit.
  • Du pflegst eine enge und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit, unter anderem mit Fachstellen und Ärzten.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss.
  • Du bringst bereits eine Führungsweiterbildung mit oder bist hochmotiviert, eine solche zu absolvieren.
  • Du überzeugst durch deine gewinnende Persönlichkeit, denkst konzeptionell und bringst eine hohe Sozialkompetenz mit.
