Dagelijks werkt ons hechte Design team met veel passie en creativiteit aan stijlvolle collecties voor onze klanten. Dat betekent voor jou als Designer: continu vooruitdenken, schakelen en overzicht houden. Een dynamische rol waarin geen dag hetzelfde is.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van onze Menswear collectie met focus op het geweven product. Je bewaakt het ontwerpproces van concept tot eindproduct en zorgt ervoor dat jouw designs zowel creatief als commercieel sterk zijn.

Je kijkt verder dan het product alleen. Je hebt een duidelijke visie op styling, presentatie en merkbeleving en begrijpt hoe jouw collectie onderdeel is van het grotere geheel. Samen met Buying en Merchandising werk je toe naar collecties die aansluiten bij onze klant, prijsopbouw en commerciële doelstellingen.

Hoe je dit doet? Je volgt de markt op de voet, analyseert trends, onderzoekt concurrenten en vertaalt inzichten naar inspirerende moodboards en concrete designs. Je werkt jouw ideeën duidelijk uit voor leveranciers en fit technicians en zorgt ervoor dat elk product tot in detail klopt.

Met jouw gevoel voor fashion, product en commercie draag je bij aan collecties die relevant zijn voor onze klant én succesvol zijn in de markt.

Waar jij impact maakt:

  • Je brengt designervaring mee binnen een fashion retailer en hebt affiniteit met menswear en geweven productgroep(en).
  • Je vertaalt trends, marktontwikkelingen en klantinzichten naar commerciële producten die aansluiten bij onze doelgroep.
  • Je hebt een sterke visie op product, styling en presentatie en begrijpt hoe deze bijdragen aan een succesvolle collectie.
  • Je werkt met tools zoals Adobe Creative Suite (met name Illustrator) en weet je designs duidelijk en correct uit te werken voor productie.
  • Je kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Engels, zodat je effectief kunt samenwerken in een internationale context.
