We versterken de merkidentiteit met alles wat we doen: van instore communicatie tot online advertising, van nieuwsbrieven tot social posts. Met vernieuwende ideeën en innovatieve content creëren we een 360° merkbeleving, online én offline.

Als Stagiair Marketing Project Management ben je een volwaardig onderdeel van ons team. Je ondersteunt bij campagnes, projecten en processen, en leert de basis van projectmanagement in een actieve marketingomgeving. Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen WE Fashion en krijgt hierdoor in korte tijd een goed beeld van onze organisatie én het volledige traject van idee tot uitvoering. Bovendien krijg je de kans om zelfstandig projecten op te pakken en hierin het voortouw te nemen. Daarbij sta je er niet alleen voor: je wordt goed begeleid door je stagebegeleider en het Project Management-team. En samen met andere marketingstagiairs kun je bovendien ervaringen uitwisselen en van elkaar leren.

Verder ga jij bijdragen aan de onderstaande werkzaamheden:

  • Interne evenementen, zoals onze jaarlijkse S/S of F/W kick-off;
  • Het creëren van briefings voor onze creatieve afdeling;
  • Het meewerken aan of zelfstandig draaien van projecten;
  • Het maken van planningen en evaluaties;
  • Het doen van concurrentieanalyses voor verschillende projecten;
  • Het opzetten van promoties, zoals Black Friday.

Wat we van jou verwachten?

  • Je volgt een hbo-opleiding in de richting van marketing of communicatie;
  • Je bent georganiseerd en houdt je planning goed bij, maar kunt ook makkelijk schakelen bij veranderingen;
  • Je bent leergierig en brengt een gezonde dosis nieuwsgierigheid met je mee;
  • Je geeft opbouwende feedback en bent kritisch op onze werkwijzen, we staan altijd open voor verbeteringen;
  • Je beschikt over een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Je bent vanaf januari/februari 2027 beschikbaar voor 32 - 40 uur per week voor minimaal 5 maanden.
