Als Studio Manager zorg jij ervoor dat onze studio uitgroeit tot dé content hub van WE®. Waar e-commerce fotografie vandaag een belangrijk onderdeel van de output vormt, speel jij een sleutelrol in de verdere ontwikkeling van contentproductie voor campagnes, social media en andere merkuitingen.

Je geeft leiding aan het studio team en zorgt ervoor dat alle contentproducties soepel verlopen: van planning en fotografie tot retouch, social formats en oplevering. Daarbij bewaak je kwaliteit, merkconsistentie, budgetten en deadlines. Dankzij jouw oog voor detail en gevoel voor fashion zorg je ervoor dat alle content aansluit bij de uitstraling en ambities van WE®.

Je kijkt niet alleen naar wat er vandaag nodig is, maar ook naar wat morgen mogelijk is. Je volgt ontwikkelingen op het gebied van AI en contentcreatie op de voet en onderzoekt hoe nieuwe technologieën kunnen bijdragen aan een slimmere, efficiëntere en schaalbare contentproductie. Denk hierbij onder andere aan de verdere toepassing van LookGen en andere innovatieve oplossingen.

Dankzij jouw leiderschap, organisatietalent en visie op content zorg je ervoor dat de studio naadloos aansluit op de behoeften van Marketing, Design en E-commerce en klaar is voor de toekomst.

Waar jij impact maakt:

  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van creatieve productieprocessen binnen een studio-, content- of e-commerceomgeving.
  • Je begrijpt hoe verschillende soorten content samenkomen binnen een merk, van e-commerce fotografie tot campagne- en social content.
  • Je begrijpt hoe content verschilt per kanaal en doelgroep, en weet producties daarop af te stemmen.
  • Je weet teams, planningen, budgetten en stakeholders effectief te organiseren en houdt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het optimaliseren van processen en ziet kansen om technologie en AI slim in te zetten binnen contentproductie.
  • Je schakelt moeiteloos met Marketing, Design en E-commerce en weet creatieve ambities te vertalen naar een efficiënte en schaalbare operatie.
