Als VM Operations Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering en verdere ontwikkeling van het visual merchandising- en windowpresentatiebeleid binnen jouw regio en winkelportfolio. Je vertaalt de visual merchandisingstrategie naar een inspirerend, commercieel en herkenbaar winkelbeeld.

Je zorgt voor de uitvoering van het juiste winkelbeeld en het plaatsen van materialen die promoties en het winkelbeeld ondersteunen volgens de richtlijnen. Daarnaast analyseer je resultaten en signaleer je kansen om de visual merchandising en commerciële resultaten verder te verbeteren. Ook kom je proactief met verbetervoorstellen voor het voorraadmanagement in de stores.

Daarnaast ben je een coach voor onze Instore Visual Merchandisers en storemedewerkers. Je coacht, begeleidt en traint hen op het gebied van visual merchandising en windowpresentatie. Zo help je teams om de richtlijnen goed toe te passen en samen te zorgen voor een inspirerende klantbeleving.

Om dit op een zo goed mogelijke én inspirerende manier te doen, blijf je op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen binnen jouw vakgebied. Je vertaalt nieuwe inzichten en trends naar de praktijk en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze visual merchandisingaanpak.

In deze rol maak je onderdeel uit van het European Sales team, samen met vier andere Visual Merchandise Operations Specialisten. Je rapporteert direct aan de Concept & Visual Merchandise Manager Europe.

Waar jij impact maakt

  • Je brengt kennis van visual merchandising mee via relevante werkervaring binnen een retail- of fashionomgeving.
  • Je kunt visual merchandising vertalen naar een inspirerende, commerciële en herkenbare winkelpresentatie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het coachen, trainen en begeleiden van collega’s op de winkelvloer.
  • Je analyseert resultaten en signaleert kansen voor verbetering van visual merchandising, klantbeleving en commerciële resultaten.
  • Je bent bereid regelmatig winkels binnen jouw regio te bezoeken en beschikt over rijbewijs B.
