Atuar no backoffice de fiscalização, na análise documental, no cadastro de rede óptica e na conferência e tramitação de medições de obras TIM, garantindo qualidade das informações, rastreabilidade e cumprimento dos prazos.

Responsabilidades y atribuciones Receber, conferir e organizar acionamentos de fiscalizações e obras, identificados por WO, ID, TSK ou OC. Controlar abertura, acompanhamento, tramitação e fechamento de tickets nas ferramentas TIM aplicáveis à operação. Apoiar a programação e a roteirização das fiscalizações, considerando prioridades, localização e disponibilidade das equipes. Apoiar os fiscais em campo com projetos, históricos de tickets e informações sobre pendências. Conferir e consolidar checklists e evidências das atividades fiscalizadas. Elaborar e formatar relatórios técnicos em PDF, contendo fotos, descrição das atividades, datas, horários e demais informações exigidas. Publicar documentos e relatórios nos sistemas oficiais, acompanhar sua aprovação e tratar reprovações e reenvios. Receber, organizar e analisar a documentação de obras de redes ópticas, incluindo trechos até 10.000 metros e acima de 10.000 metros. Conferir books documentais, projetos executivos, as-builts, diagramas, relatórios fotográficos, testes ópticos e demais documentos exigidos. Identificar inconsistências, solicitar correções aos fornecedores e acompanhar sua regularização até a aceitação pela área responsável. Executar as rotinas de cadastro autorizadas e validar registros de rede no SGF, conforme documentação e procedimentos TIM. Conferir medições de Autodeclaração, Projeto, Licença, SAR e Construção, verificando documentação, quantitativos, autorizações e aderência ao contrato e à Lista de Preços Unitários (LPU). Realizar a fiscalização financeira das medições, identificando divergências e consolidando os ajustes para encaminhamento à área responsável. Apoiar a solicitação, validação e regularização de acessos sistêmicos, acompanhando chamados e ocorrências relacionadas a IDs, documentação e medições. Realizar a abertura e o acompanhamento de janelas de manutenção e dos acessos aos sites, conforme procedimentos TIM e permissões atribuídas. Emitir pareceres e relatórios de análise, registrando conformidades, pendências e encaminhamentos. Manter documentos, controles, ordens de serviço e status das atividades atualizados nos sistemas. Monitorar produtividade, backlog, qualidade e cumprimento de SLA, consolidando indicadores e relatórios semanais e mensais.

Requisitos y calificaciones Experiência em operações de telecomunicações, com atuação em backoffice, fiscalização documental, cadastro de rede ou medição de obras. Conhecimento de redes ópticas e infraestrutura, incluindo dutos, cabos e elementos de interligação. Capacidade de leitura e análise de projetos executivos, as-builts, diagramas e checklists técnicos. Conhecimento de testes ópticos e interpretação dos respectivos relatórios. Excel avançado e domínio das demais ferramentas do Microsoft Office. Experiência com organização documental, controle de tickets e elaboração de relatórios técnicos e gerenciais. Capacidade de conferir quantitativos e medições, identificar divergências e registrar pareceres objetivos. Familiaridade com ferramentas de análise documental, desenhos técnicos e arquivos georreferenciados.

Formação desejável

Curso técnico em Telecomunicações, Eletrônica ou Eletrotécnica, ou graduação em Engenharia nas áreas relacionadas.

Diferenciais

Experiência com SGF, SGMP, Smart Service, SGS e outros sistemas TIM utilizados na operação. Conhecimento de AutoCAD, MapInfo, arquivos KMZ, Visio e emuladores de OTDR. Vivência com contratos, LPU e conferência de medições de fornecedores. Conhecimento de FAM e Netcool. Inglês básico.
