Buscamos um(a) Analista de Arquitetura com perfil organizado, proativo, atenção aos detalhes e conhecimento técnico para integrar o time do Shopping Jaraguá Araraquara.

O profissional será responsável por acompanhar projetos arquitetônicos, obras, melhorias e conservação dos espaços do empreendimento, contribuindo para a qualidade visual, funcionalidade e valorização dos ambientes do shopping.

Atuará em parceria com as equipes de Operações e Comercial, acompanhando fornecedores, projetos e intervenções, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões técnicos e de qualidade estabelecidos pela empresa.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Acompanhar projetos arquitetônicos, obras, reformas e melhorias nas áreas comuns do shopping, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões técnicos e de qualidade.
  • Elaborar, revisar e atualizar plantas, layouts e projetos arquitetônicos, conforme as necessidades operacionais e comerciais do empreendimento.
  • Realizar vistorias periódicas nas áreas comuns, identificando oportunidades de melhoria relacionadas à estética, conservação, funcionalidade e experiência dos clientes.
  • Acompanhar os serviços de paisagismo, jardinagem e conservação dos ambientes, assegurando os padrões de apresentação visual do shopping.
  • Monitorar cronogramas, fornecedores e execução dos serviços, acompanhando prazos, qualidade e conformidade com os projetos aprovados.
  • Registrar e atualizar o andamento de obras e projetos na plataforma BGF, garantindo a organização e a rastreabilidade das informações.
  • Apoiar o acompanhamento de projetos de implantação, adequação e reformas de lojas e espaços comerciais.
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos, registros de vistorias, indicadores e apresentações sobre a evolução dos projetos e melhorias.
  • Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Operações e Comercial na identificação de soluções arquitetônicas que contribuam para a valorização e o desenvolvimento do empreendimento.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino superior completo em Arquitetura e Urbanismo.
  • Conhecimento e domínio de AutoCAD (requisito obrigatório).
  • Conhecimento em elaboração, interpretação e atualização de plantas e projetos arquitetônicos.
  • Experiência no acompanhamento de obras, reformas e fornecedores.
  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Organização e capacidade de acompanhamento simultâneo de diferentes demandas e projetos.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Araraquara/SP.

Diferenciais

  • Experiência anterior em shopping centers, empreendimentos comerciais ou administração imobiliária.
  • Conhecimento em projetos de implantação e reformas de lojas comerciais.
  • Familiaridade com plataformas de gestão de projetos e obras, especialmente BGF.
  • Conhecimento em SketchUp, Revit ou outras ferramentas de modelagem e representação arquitetônica.
  • Experiência com projetos de paisagismo, ambientação e revitalização de espaços comerciais.
