Auf diese spannenden Aufgaben kannst du dich freuen: Durchführung von „Planpausen“-Reparaturen (Priorität 1) zur Reduzierung ungeplanter Ausfallzeiten Analyse von Ausfalldaten zur Identifizierung der Geräte bzw. Komponenten mit den größten Verlusten sowie Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Reduzierung zukünftiger Ausfallzeiten Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten an Anlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit Betrieb und Instandhaltung (Vorgesetzte und Anlagenbediener) zur Vermeidung bzw. Minimierung von Ausfallzeiten Unterstützung der Instandhaltungsplanung bei der Bewertung und Optimierung von Reparaturplänen Koordination mit Geräteherstellern und externen Dienstleistern zur Unterstützung von Betrieb und Instandhaltung sowie zur Verbesserung der Reparatureffektivität Verantwortung für das Ersatzteilmanagement einschließlich der Bestimmung der erforderlichen Ersatzteile zur Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen Anlagenbetriebs Durchführung von Wartbarkeitsstudien zur Analyse und Reduzierung der MTTR sowie Leitung des Root Cause Analysis (RCA)-Programms durch die Identifikation von Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung von Wiederholungsfehlern, die Nachverfolgung bis zur Umsetzung und die Sicherstellung der Wirksamkeit Das bringst du bei uns ein: Abschluss in Elektrotechnik / Maschinenbau Hervorragende analytische und logische Fähigkeiten Nachgewiesene Organisationsfähigkeiten Stressresistenz Erfahrung in der Robotik (Fanuc) sowie Kenntnisse von Programmiersprachen (Siemens, Allen Bradley) Hervorragende zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten Fließende Englisch-, Französisch- und/oder DeutschkenntnisseGrundsätzlich sind alle Stellen bei Webasto teilzeitfähig.
