We bring joy to mobility – are you in?You can look forward to these exciting tasks:Responsible for the digital printing process, including organizing and supervising printer maintenancePrepare data for digital printing and program multi-axis robotsDrive continuous process improvements and perform troubleshooting to ensure production outputImplement improvement actions in collaboration with production, maintenance, engineering, development, and qualityContribute to LEAN initiatives and support R&D in developing new processes for future productsWork in shifts and report directly to the line managers Here's what you can bring to the team:Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) and 3–5 years industry experienceBackground in digital printing/automation with knowledge of printer construction, print heads, inks, and waveform influenceSkills in print data preparation and modification of print templatesProgramming experience (Kuka KRL; ideally C/C#/Python) and familiarity with Beckhoff SPS/TwinCat; advantage: Rhino CAD, Visual Studio, Adobe toolsLEAN practice, strong communication skills, independent and structured working styleFluent in English; French/German beneficial; strong numerical affinityApplications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
