Are you passionate about quality, processes, and continuous improvement? As a Quality Systems Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and improving the systems that ensure our products meet the highest standards.

This is more than an administrative quality role—you’ll lead audits, drive corrective actions, and partner cross-functionally to strengthen processes and support compliance with ISO, IATF, and customer requirements.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to the health and effectiveness of our quality system.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Manage document control, including revising and issuing controlled documents
  • Plan, schedule, and lead internal quality system audits
  • Conduct audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with procedures and standards
  • Document audit findings and present clear, actionable reports to leadership
  • Lead and coordinate Corrective Action Reports (CARs) from internal and external sources
  • Track action plans and continuous improvement efforts across the division
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to implement improvements
  • Support ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001 compliance and certification efforts
  • Assist with internal lab audits and environmental system initiatives
  • Follow up on audit and corrective action outcomes to ensure sustained improvements

What Makes You Successful

You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and confident leading conversations around process improvement.

You bring:

  • Strong auditing and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Clear communication when delivering findings and recommendations
  • Confidence working cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Qualifications

Required:

  • Lead Auditor training/certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in quality systems or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency with computers and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Experience with ISO, IATF, OSHA, or similar standards
  • Background in metal manufacturing, tubing, or industrial environments
  • Familiarity with audit documentation tools and Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in lab or technical environments

Why Join Us?

  • Be a key driver of quality and compliance
  • Lead audits and influence continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
  • Gain exposure to global quality standards and certifications
  • Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where your impact is visible

Work Environment

  • Combination of office and manufacturing floor work
  • Hands-on auditing role with regular plant interaction
  • PPE required in production areas
  • Standard day shift with occasional flexibility for off-shift audits

What We Value

We’re looking for individuals who embody:

  • Integrity – objective, ethical decision-making
  • Accountability – ownership of results and follow-through
  • Attention to Detail – precision in audits and documentation
  • Collaboration – strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Adaptability – comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you’re ready to take ownership of quality systems and help drive continuous improvement across a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
