Ihre Aufgaben

WIr suchen eine engagierte Führungskraft als Abteilungsleiter Tragwerksplanung (m/w/d) für den Bereich konstruktiver Ingenieurbau mit Schwerpunkt Kläranlagen und wasserundurchlässige Bauwerke (WU-Bauwerke), die unseren Bereich fachlich stärkt, Impulse setzt und dessen Weiterentwicklung aktiv mitgestaltet.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich umfasst insbesondere:

  • die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung sowie die Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung.
  • Unterstützung der Akquise und Geschäftsentwicklung der Abteilung unter Berücksichtigung der Unternehmensziele
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung effizienter Arbeitsabläufe und Qualitätsstandards in der Abteilung
  • Steuerung und Überwachung von Projekten hinsichtlich Termine, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit von der Angebotsphase bis zum Projektabschluss
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität von Projekten und Arbeitsergebnissen innerhalb der Abteilung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der Tragwerksplanung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung und Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller Projekte
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Interesse, Verantwortung für Menschen und Themen zu übernehmen
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein gutes Gespür für Wirtschaftlichkeit und Qualität
  • Kenntnisse der HOAI und des Werkvertragsrechts
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den für die Tragwerksplanung relevanten Regelwerken und Normen (z. B. DIN, Eurocodes, RIL, BOStrab)
  • Offenheit für Digitalisierung und neue Arbeitsweisen
