Ihre Aufgaben

  • Vorbereitung und Einreichung von Änderungsanzeigen und Variations für Arzneimittel im nationalen und internationalen Raum
  • Erstellung und Einreichung von Zulassungsanträgen sowie Verlängerungsverfahren (Renewals)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung regulatorischer Dokumente und Zulassungsdossiers im eCTD-Format (Module 1–5) für Arzneimittel
  • Mitwirkung bei der termingerechten Beantwortung behördlicher Rückfragen im Rahmen von Zulassungsverfahren und Änderungsanzeigen
  • Pflege und kontinuierliche Aktualisierung der Technischen Dokumentation für Medizinprodukte
  • Pflege, Aktualisierung und Qualitätssicherung regulatorischer Datenbanken und Systeme
  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung der regulatorischen Compliance von Packmitteln über alle Produktgruppen hinweg

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Regulatory Affairs von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Ergebnisorientierung
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
  • Hohe digitale Affinität und ausgeprägtes Interesse an modernen Technologien sowie digitalen Prozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
