Over Webmastery

Webmastery is een social media bureau voor organisaties die maatschappelijke impact maken, zoals Alzheimer Nederland, Longfonds, VluchtelingenWerk en De Gezonde Generatie.

We zijn een social enterprise. We bouwen sinds 2012 aan een andere manier van werken. Niet de klassieke kantoorbaan staat centraal, maar onze mensen. We ontwerpen werk rond energie, talent en resultaten, zodat ook mensen die niet passen in het traditionele werkmodel tot hun recht komen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Administratief Medewerker maak je deel uit van het Team Analyses & Administratie. Je voert werkzaamheden uit op het gebied van financiële administratie (zoals het versturen van verkoopfacturen) en personeelsadministratie (bijvoorbeeld het verzorgen van arbeidscontracten en het bijhouden van jobcoachtrajecten). Daarnaast passeren allerlei andere administratieve klussen de revue.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt MBO+-denk- en werkniveau.
  • Je hebt werkervaring in het financiële en administratieve vakgebied en hebt daar ook een opleiding voor gevolgd.
  • Je bent gewend om met Microsoft 365, Exact en Nmbrs te werken.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met AI (ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gamma, Claude, Gimini).
  • Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en expertise houd je de verschillende administraties perfect op orde. Naast het kunnen uitvoeren van operationele werkzaamheden heb je ook een signalerend oog.
  • Je vindt het leuk om zelfstandig te werken, maar je weet ook je collega’s goed te vinden als dat nodig is.
  • Je draagt goede doelen, social enterprises en maatschappelijke organisaties een warm hart toe.
  • Je ontvangt een WIA-, WAO-, IVA- of Wajonguitkering en/of staat in het doelgroepregister van het UWV.

Wat bieden we?

  • Een functie voor minimaal 4 uur en maximaal 8 uur per week. We zullen onderling afstemmen wat de meest optimale verdeling van de uren over de week/maand is.
  • Een marktconform brutoloon tussen de € 2.718 en € 4.027 per maand bij een 40-urige werkweek. De exacte beloning wordt bepaald met behulp van de salarischeck van Wageindicator (functie ‘Administratief medewerker (mbo niveau)'.
  • € 120 onkostenvergoeding bij 40 uur per week (naar rato bij minder uur).
  • 8% vakantiegeld, maandelijks uitbetaald.
  • 20 vakantiedagen en 7 persoonlijke feestdagen bij 40 uur per week (dus ook naar rato bij minder uur). Je hebt de keuze om deze dagen in te zetten op traditionele feestdagen of op andere momenten.
  • Bijna maandelijks een interessante workshop (niet verplicht).
  • Drie live contactmomenten per jaar (lunch – tuinfeest – werkweek), waarbij medewerkers elkaar fysiek kunnen ontmoeten (niet verplicht).
  • Volop ruimte om te groeien. Bij ons zijn functieprofielen fluïde.
  • Een warm team waarin we echt naar elkaar luisteren.

Daarom ontwerpen we werk sinds 2012 rond mensen in plaats van rond vaste tijden, vaste plekken en vaste structuren. Veel collega’s werken bijvoorbeeld liever vanuit huis, hebben baat bij flexibele werktijden of bouwen hun uren rustig op. Daarom werken bij ons relatief veel mensen die bekend zijn bij het UWV, bijvoorbeeld via het doelgroepregister of met een Wajong-, WIA-, WAO- of IVA-uitkering. Ook voor deze vacature nodigen we mensen uit die deze manier van werken omarmen.
