Estamos em busca de um(a) Psicólogo(a) Organizacional para fazer parte do nosso time e contribuir com o desenvolvimento das pessoas, o fortalecimento das lideranças e a construção de um ambiente de trabalho cada vez mais saudável, colaborativo e inspirador.

🚀 O que você vai fazer por aqui?

  • Acolher e orientar colaboradores, oferecendo escuta qualificada e direcionamento quando necessário.
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria no ambiente de trabalho e atuar na prevenção de riscos psicossociais.
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento de pessoas e lideranças, participando de PDIs, feedbacks e avaliações de desempenho.
  • Promover ações que fortaleçam o clima, a cultura e o relacionamento entre as equipes.
  • Planejar e conduzir treinamentos, workshops e conversas sobre comportamento, comunicação, inteligência emocional e liderança.
  • Apoiar gestores na condução de conflitos e desafios relacionados às equipes.
  • Analisar indicadores de pessoas e propor iniciativas que contribuam para a saúde organizacional e o desenvolvimento dos nossos talentos.

🎯 O que esperamos de você?

  • Graduação completa em Psicologia.
  • CRP ativo.
  • Conhecimento ou experiência em Psicologia Organizacional e Desenvolvimento Humano.
  • Boa comunicação, escuta ativa, empatia e capacidade analítica.
  • Habilidade para trabalhar com pessoas, desenvolver relacionamentos e construir soluções.

  • Pós-graduação em Psicologia Organizacional, Gestão de Pessoas ou áreas relacionadas.
  • Conhecimento em NR-1, riscos psicossociais e saúde organizacional.
  • Experiência com desenvolvimento de lideranças, clima e cultura organizacional.
