The posting

The Learning Systems Support Lead provides day-to-day technical and functional support for the University’s learning management system (LMS) and related teaching and learning technologies. The Analyst supports faculty, students, and staff and serves as a primary point of contact for Instructional/Educational Technology-related support requests from the University IT Service Desk and other University support teams.

Support requests are received through the University’s service management system, OLC Support email, telephone, and referrals from other University offices. The Analyst monitors and manages this incoming support activity; troubleshoots and resolves technical and administrative issues; and triages, escalates, coordinates, and follows up on issues requiring assistance from LMS Administration, Information Technology, Enrollment, Instructional Design, or other functional and technical areas. The Analyst also serves as the backup LMS Administrator.

In addition to providing direct support, the Learning Systems Support Lead serves as the primary operational owner of learning systems support function, including processes, workflows, escalation pathways, documentation, and self-help resources. The Lead analyzes support activity to identify recurring issues and trends, investigates root causes, maintains support processes and self-help resources, and coordinates with appropriate University offices to address recurring issues and improve the effectiveness of the support model. The Analyst also assists with course maintenance and other learning systems responsibilities as needed.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
