You will play a key role in expanding market coverage, increasing revenue, and ensuring the portfolio meets the needs of customers and commercial objectives.

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of supplier relationships, from sourcing and contracting new hotel partners to developing existing accounts. • Revenue generation: Achieve contracting targets and identify new business opportunities that contribute to revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Contracting strategy execution: Develop and implement territory contracting strategies aligned with company objectives and commercial priorities.
  • Territory performance management: Work closely with leadership to ensure the assigned territory achieves or exceeds revenue and production targets.
  • Direct contracting: Drive business through direct hotel contracts, securing competitive commercial agreements and maximising value for both suppliers and WebBeds.
  • Portfolio growth and optimisation: Manage new and existing hotel contracts, ensuring production targets are achieved and supplier performance is continuously improved.
  • Market analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to identify new revenue streams and support strategic decision-making.
  • Business development travel: Conduct regular business trips across the territory to strengthen supplier relationships, identify opportunities, and resolve commercial challenges.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with teams across sales, operations, finance, customer service, reservations, and technology to support supplier success and resolve operational issues.
  • Industry representation: Represent WebBeds at internal meetings, trade shows, industry events, and supplier engagements.
  • Contract administration: Maintain accurate contract records within company systems, ensuring all agreements are correctly entered, validated, and managed.
  • Supplier communication: Communicate professionally and effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
  • Performance reporting: Provide regular updates and performance reports to management, highlighting progress, opportunities, and risks within the territory.

The skills we would love to see in your suitcase!

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
