Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Entender problemas de negócio e definir hipóteses analíticas;
  • Realizar análises exploratórias profundas (EDA) e gerar insights acionáveis;
  • Construir e validar modelos estatísticos e de Machine Learning;
  • Realizar feature engineering, avaliação e melhoria de modelos;
  • Integrar soluções com engenharia de dados e tecnologia;
  • Realizar/criar monitoramentos de modelos em produção;
  • Documentar e comunicar resultados para áreas técnicas e de negócio;

Responsabilidades adicionais para Sênior:

  • Tomar decisões técnicas autônomas.
  • Conduzir projetos complexos e de alto impacto de ponta a ponta.
  • Mentorar e revisar o trabalho de plenos/júniores.
  • Comunicar e influenciar stakeholders de alto nível (Gerência/Diretoria).

Buscamos alguém com:

  • Formação em Matemática, Estatística, Ciência de Dados ou Engenharias, e desejável mestrado / doutorado em áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento sólido em Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn);
  • Conhecimento sólido de modelagem preditiva, estatística e métricas de avaliação;
  • SQL avançado para análise e transformação de dados;
  • Experiência com deploy/monitoramento de modelos em produção;
  • Forte capacidade de code review, padrões de código, testes e boas práticas;
  • Capacidade de adaptar a linguagem e comunicar resultados técnicos para clientes não-técnicos.

Serão diferenciais:

  • Experiência com Modelos de Crédito, cobrança e fraude.
  • Experiência em consultoria ou múltiplos domínios de negócio.
  • Experiência com pipelines distribuídos (Spark / Databricks).
  • Proficiência em Cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP).
  • Vivência com MLOps: MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.
  • NLP / IA generativa ou análise de dados não estruturados.
  • Experiência com mentoria e liderança técnica (especialmente para sênior).
