Hepacon on yksi Suomen suurimmista, vain omien työntekijöidensä omistuksessa olevista talotekniikan suunnittelu- ja konsultointiyrityksistä. Asiantuntijamme palvelevat kaikilla talotekniikan osa-alueilla kiinteistön koko elinkaaren ajan. Olemme keskittyneet vaativiin julkisen, teollisuuden sekä asuinrakentamisen uudisrakennus- ja peruskorjauskohteisiin. Yrityksemme on nuorekas, aikaansaava ja tulevaisuuteen tähtäävä. Kestävän kehityksen periaatteet ja yhteiskuntavastuu ovat meille tärkeitä.

Hepaconilla työskentelee yli 80 talonrakennusalan suunnittelun ja konsultoinnin ammattilaista. Toimipisteemme sijaitsevat Helsingin Malmilla ja Oulussa. https://hepacon.fi/

Onko sinulla jo hieman kokemusta sähkösuunnittelusta ja haluaisit kehittää osaamistasi monipuolisten hankkeiden parissa? Jos vastasit kyllä, meillä on sinulle hyviä uutisia!

Vahvistamme tiimiämme ja etsimme nyt sähkösuunnittelijaa vakituiseen työsuhteeseen ensisijaisesti Helsingin toimistollemme. Työskentely on kuitenkin mahdollista myös Oulun toimistollamme.

Meillä pääset osaksi reilun parinkymmenen hengen sähkösuunnitteluosastoamme, jossa työskentelemme monipuolisten hankkeiden parissa. Suunnittelukohteemme pitävät sisällään mm. liiketiloja, kouluja, elintarviketuotantolaitoksia sekä asuinrakennuksia. Tehtävässä vastaat pääasiassa kiinteistöjen sähkösuunnittelusta ja teet tarvittaessa myös muita asiantuntijatehtäviä. Mitä toivomme sinulta?

Odotamme sinulta soveltuvaa sähköteknistä koulutusta (esim. sähköinsinööri) sekä noin 1-3 vuoden työkokemusta sähkösuunnittelutehtävistä. Sinun ei tarvitse olla vielä valmis ammattilainen, mutta toivomme, että olet jo päässyt kartuttamaan käytännön suunnittelukokemusta ja sinulla on aitoa halua kehittää osaamistasi edelleen.

Menestyäksesi tehtävässä:

  • Osaat työskennellä osana suunnittelutiimiä, jossa jatkuvasti opitaan toisilta.
  • Olet työskentelyotteeltasi huolellinen, joustava ja tunnollinen.
  • Käytät sujuvasti erilaisia suunnitteluohjelmia (esim. AutoCAD ja MagiCAD), ja katsomme eduksi myös mallinnusosaamisen.

Saat kattavan perehdytyksen ja kokeneen tiimin tuen, joten et jää tehtävässä yksin.
