Wir betreuen viele der reichweitenstärksten Creator im DACH-Raum, sind Erfinder und Veranstalter der jährlichen 9:16 AWARDS und entwickeln Produkte innerhalb der Creator Economy.

Wir sind ein modernes Artist und Creator Management mit Fokus auf exklusive Persönlichkeiten im Bereich 9:16 Content und Longform Entertainment. Unser Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem strategischen Aufbau großer Personal Brands, der Entwicklung nachhaltiger Markenpartnerschaften sowie dem Ausbau eines starken Creator-Netzwerks. Neben unserem exklusiven Artist-Roster bauen wir gezielt einen non-exklusiven Creator Pool auf, um Marken flexible, kreative und performancestarke Lösungen im Creator- und Talent-Bereich anzubieten.

Um die grenzenlose Kreativität unserer Künstler/innen in erfolgreiche Kampagnen umzusetzen, brauchen wir dich ab sofort als (Senior) Artist Manager/in (all genders) in unserer Artist Management Abteilung.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du bist Verantwortlich für die Betreuung und (auch persönlichen) Weiterentwicklung ausgewählter Creator aus unserem Management
  • Du kümmmerst dich um Planung, Durchführung, Verwaltung und Controlling von Kooperationen im Artist Management (Events, Shootings, Videodrehs o.ä.) von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum abschließenden Erfolgsreporting
  • Du recherchierst geeigneter Kampagnen für unsere Creator, Verhandlung mit unseren Kunden und Koordination der Umsetzung
  • Du übernimmst eine enge Kommunikation sowohl mit den Creatorn und Projekt-Teams, als auch mit unseren Kunden
  • Du verantwortest die kreativ Strategische Beratung und Ausarbeitung von neuen Formaten zur Förderung der Creator

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast mehrjährige praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, in der Creator Economy, idealerweise in einem Künstlermanagement mit Fokus auf Social Media sammeln können
  • Du bringst bestenfalls Kenntnisse aus den Bereichen Brandentwicklung, Produktion und Projektmanagement mit
  • Du bist kommunikativ und emphatisch
  • Du hast ein Herz für Social Media, insbesondere TikTok, YoutTube Shorts, META und ein Gespür für aktuelle Trends
  • Du bist hochmotiviert, voller Energie und verfügst über ein gutes Zeit- und Selbstmanagement
  • Engagement, Eigenständigkeit und Verlässlichkeit zeichnen dich aus
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit treffen auf dich zu
  • Kommunikations- und Verhandlungssicherheit auf Senior-Level
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch
  • Reisebereitschaft
