The posting

  • Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including invoice processing, payments and receipts.
  • Review supplier invoices, supporting documents and required approvals prior to payment processing.
  • Prepare payment vouchers, process online bank transfers, and handle staff claims and reimbursements.
  • Generate customer invoices and credit notes, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of bank balances and accounting records.
  • Record and maintain financial transactions in Xero, ensuring accurate entries and proper supporting documentation.
  • Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, account schedules and intercompany reconciliations.
  • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation for audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and outstanding matters.
  • Maintain well-organised electronic filing of financial records and supporting documents.
