  • Manage daily air export operations, from shipment booking to final departure.
  • Coordinate cargo collection, consolidation, palletisation, and warehouse arrangements.
  • Prepare and verify air freight shipping documents and export permits.
  • Work closely with airlines, transport providers, warehouse teams, customers, and overseas agents.
  • Track shipment status and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Provide customers with shipment updates and respond to enquiries.
  • Ensure shipments meet customer requirements, schedules, and service KPIs.
