The posting

  • Coordinate construction activities to ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality and contractual requirements.
  • Support the preparation and submission of construction documents for approval.
  • Monitor construction progress, subcontractor performance and project meeting follow-ups.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate quality assurance and quality control activities and resolve construction issues.
  • Oversee project completion, including defect inspections, commissioning, testing and handover.
  • Prepare and verify project handover documents and ensure defects are followed up during the defects liability period.
  • Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and environmental sustainability standards.
  • Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to improve time, cost and quality performance.
