  • Handle daily airfreight cargo bookings and customer requests.
  • Liaise with airlines to secure cargo capacity and confirm flight reservations.
  • Advise customers on airline products, booking requirements, and shipment arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and update shipment information in the system.
  • Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, customs, and customers to ensure smooth shipment handling.
  • Track shipments and communicate status updates to customers.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.
  • Coordinate with the Billing Team on shipment data and invoicing.
