  • Coordinate regional operational activities and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Work closely with regional teams, customers, and business partners to achieve operational objectives.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse performance trends, and follow up on improvement plans.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and standardise processes across countries.
  • Prepare operational reports and analyse data to support business decisions.
  • Assist with resource planning, capacity utilisation, and peak-period forecasting.
  • Coordinate project execution and customer onboarding with implementation teams.
  • Participate in customer business reviews and provide operational updates.
  • Identify operational risks and recommend appropriate solutions.
