Als Verkaufsleiter Kaffee im Lebensmittelgroßhandel (m/w/d)

gestaltest du aktiv die Zukunft unseres Kaffee-Geschäfts. Du

erkennst Chancen im Markt, entwickelst Kundenbeziehungen

und führst dein Vertriebsteam mit Leidenschaft und Klarheit zum

Erfolg.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

Du gestaltest die Vertriebsstrategie für unseren

Kaffeebereich aktiv mit und bringst sie gemeinsam mit

deinem Team erfolgreich auf die Straße.

Du formst aus engagierten Baristas ein starkes Team, das

unsere Kunden durch Fachwissen, Servicequalität und echte

Kaffeeleidenschaft begeistert.

Du baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf, gewinnst

neue Partner für unsere Kaffeelösungen und entwickelst

bestehende Geschäftsbeziehungen erfolgreich weiter.

Du beobachtest Markttrends, erkennst neue Potenziale und

leitest aus Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalysen die Chancen

von morgen ab.

DEIN PROFIL:

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise im

Lebensmittel-, Getränke- oder Kaffeeumfeld

Führungserfahrung sowie die Fähigkeit, Menschen zu

begeistern

Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussstärke

Unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität

Leidenschaft für Kaffee und Genussprodukte
