Manage design, planning, and execution of projects to meet contract timelines and budgets. Coordinate with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with contract terms.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage project design and execution to meet contract deadlines and budget constraints
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and relevant parties to confirm designs and ensure smooth project execution
  • Manage meetings with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure completion of tasks according to signed contracts
  • Monitor sub-contractors’ and suppliers’ adherence to their scope of work and pricing to maintain project budget compliance
  • Respond to and follow up on project-related emails from all involved parties, keeping superiors informed
  • Draft and send email requests or reports to relevant parties to obtain project information and updates, copying superiors as necessary
  • Propose design modifications based on client or company requirements while adhering to the approved budget
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by superiors to support project objectives
