Job Summary

Support project tendering and execution by performing measurement and pricing, coordinating meetings with clients and consultants, managing subcontractor and supplier relations, and maintaining accurate costing records.

Responsibilities

  • Perform measurement and pricing for tenders on company projects to support accurate bidding
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth progress claims and variation orders
  • Participate in weekly site meetings to monitor subcontractor and supplier work completion according to contract terms
  • Tabulate and maintain detailed costing records by site in a master file at the headquarter office
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quotations and pricing remain within project budgets
  • Execute additional tasks and assignments as directed by superiors to support project goals
